WESTFIELD - Arthur J. Reid, Jr., 21, of Lyons Road in Sherman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and fail to keep right on Wednesday, June 13.

According to the police office, a vehicle allegedly being operated by Reid on Jefferson Street in the Village of Westfield was stopped by police for a traffic violation around 3 a.m. Upon further investigation, Reid was allegedly found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. Reid was issued an appearance ticket and an uniformed traffic ticket and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date to answer the charges.

WESTFIELD - Carrie C. Mccausland, 33, of Beckman Avenue in Westfield was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and failure to keep right on Wednesday, June 13.

According to the police office, a patrolman on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed a westbound vehicle cross the center yellow lines of the roadway and white fog line multiple times around 12:30 a.m. Upon further investigation, Mccausland was found to allegedly be operating the vehicle intoxicated. She was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Jeffery L. Duttry, 44, of Poplar Street in North East, Pa., was arrested on a warrant out of Ellicott Police Department on Friday, June 15.

According to the police office, Duttry was stopped on a motorcycle on West Main Street in Westfield for an alleged traffic infraction around 1:45 a.m. During the investigation, it was allegedly found he had an active warrant out of Ellicott. Duttry was arrested and handed of to Ellicott police to answer the warrant.

WESTFIELD - Tyler S. Bowen, 20, of South Erie Street in Mayville was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marihuana and controlled substance outside original container on Saturday, June 16.

According to the police office, officers on patrol on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield allegedly observed suspicious activity involving three subjects on the sidewalk of the street around 4:15 a.m. Upon speaking with the subjects, Bowen was allegedly found to be in possession of marihuana and a controlled substance and was arrested. He was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and bail was set at $1,500 cash and $3,000 property.

WESTFIELD - Tara Boltz, 33, of Potter Road in Mayville was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possessing a hypodermic instrument on Saturday, June 16.

According to the police office, officers were dispatched to Academy Street for a narcotics investigation in the Village of Westfield around 5 p.m. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Boltz who was allegedly found to be in possession of hypodermic needles and a small amount of cocaine. Boltz was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and bail was set at $500 cash and $1,000 property.
