MAYVILLE Virginia B. Sargent, 88, of Maryville, Tenn. formerly of Mayville, died Wednesday (June 13, 2012) at her home in Tennessee.
She is survived by two sons, Gerrold W. Sargent and his wife Jean, and Jeffrey B. Sargent and his wife Linda; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; one brother, Harley J. Barber Jr. of Mayville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren D. Sargent; and her parents, Harley and Ferne Barber Sr.
Burial will be in the Mayville Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Freay Funeral Home, Mayville.
