To the Editor;
On my refrigerator is a list of the values that I try to live by: work hard, play fair, save before you buy, and leave the world a better place.
I have added a fifth to that list, demand good education for our children. A democracy can not survive without an educated populace, nor can it compete in this world without educated workers. How far must we fall before realizing what is truly important?
