WESTFIELD - Jonathan A. Turk, 21, of Erie, Pa., was charged with fail to keep right, drove across hazard markings and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle while Christine J. Buckel, 20, of Erie, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana on Saturday, March 31.

According to the police office, police were on patrol around 2:15 a.m., on East Main Street when a vehicle was allegedly observed to be driving erratically. The vehicle was allegedly observed to have crossed the centerline and hazard line of the roadway more than once. Once stopped, Turk was identified as the driver. Through an investigation and standardized field sobriety testing, it was determined Turk was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Additionally, Buckel, the passenger and registered owner of the vehicle, was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marihuana. Also though an investigation, an open container of alcohol was allegedly located within the vehicle. Turk was transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital where he allegedly did consent to a blood test to determine the alcohol content of his blood. Both were later processed and released with appearance tickets to a third party. They will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Joshua A. Goodwill, 29, of South Erie Street in Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated and no/insufficient stop lamps on Sunday, April 1.

According to the police office, police stopped a vehicle on West Main Street in the Village of Westfield around 12:15 a.m., for allegedly committing the traffic offense of no/insufficient stop lamps. Upon further investigation, Goodwill was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was arrested. He will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Kelie A. Glennon, 27, of Woodbine Street in Brocton, Mass., was charged with speed in zone and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Sunday, April 1.

According to the police office, police stopped a vehicle allegedly being operated by Glennon for allegedly speeding on West Main Street in the Village of Westfield around 8:30 p.m. A check of Glennon's driving record allegedly showed her privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York State to be suspended. Glennon was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date to answer the charges.

WESTFIELD - Peggy L. Robillard, 44, of Bard Road in Cassadaga was charged with driving while intoxicated and no headlamps, Dane J. Robillard, 49, of Bard Road in Cassadaga was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and David L. McLaughlin, 42, of East Route 20 in Westfield was charged with open container on Thursday, April 5.

According to the police office, police stopped a vehicle on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield for allegedly committing the traffic offense of no headlamps around 12:45 p.m. Upon further investigation, Peggy was allegedly found to be intoxicated. Passenger McLaughlin was allegedly found to be in possession of an open container of beer in the vehicle and Dane was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana. All three were arrested and will appear in court on a later date.
