WESTFIELD - Four adults from Tennessee were each charged with criminal possession of a weapon on Wednesday, Feb. 8. They are Jeremy S. Hancock, 29, of Tipton Station Road in Knoxville, Tenn., Melissa L. Strange, 40, of Cherokee Street in Seymour, Tenn., Christopher Hulsey, 32, of Maryville, Tenn., and Korey S. Mitchell, 21, of Sevierville, Tenn.

According to the police office, at around 3 a.m., officers were on patrol on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield when they observed a vehicle make an unsafe lane change while operating within East Main Street. Upon further investigation, officers allegedly recovered four tasers within the vehicle. The four Tennessee residents were charged and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date to answer the charges.
