NORTH HARMONY - Gregg W. Morrison, 34, of Ashville was charged with second-degree harassment on Friday, Jan. 13.
According to the sheriff's department, Morrison was allegedly involved in an incident on Wall Street in the Town of North Harmony at around 12:45 a.m., where he allegedly punched an individual in the face several times and knocked him to the ground. Morrison was issued an appearance ticket and will be in North Harmony Town Court on a later date to answer the charge.
CHAUTAUQUA - Joshua S. Danielson, 30, of Brown Road in Ellery was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Thursday, Jan. 19.
According to the sheriff's office, it charged Danielson stemming from an incident which allegedly occurred on Monday, Jan. 9. Following an investigation, it was determined that Danielson, while being incarcerated as an inmate in the Chautauqua County Jail, allegedly intentionally damaged property inside the jail cell he was being housed in. Danielson was arraigned in Chautauqua Town Court where bail was set in the amount of $1,000 cash and $2,000 property.
BROCTON - Michael L. Logan, 22, of Webster Road in Brocton was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment on Friday, Jan. 20 and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
According to the sheriff's department, at around 11 p.m., deputies and K9 Drago responded to Lake Avenue in the Village of Brocton for a wanted subject. Logan was wanted for the above charges and was taken into custody without incident, arraigned and remanded to jail.
