WESTFIELD - David L. McLaughlin, 42, of Westfield was charged with local law open container on Monday, Jan. 9.
According to the police office, at around 10:30 p.m., police arrested McLaughlin. He was allegedly walking down East Main Street with an open bottle of Labatt Blue. McLaughlin was released with an appearance ticket as is to appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
