The fee is $20 for the first child in a family, $15 for the second, and $10 for the third with a maximum of $45 per family. Scholarships are available. Summer recreation program Anyone interested in working at the Welch Field Pool this summer for the first time should apply at the Village of Westfield window. A lifeguarding certification is required.
