LATHAM, N.Y. — New York Adjutant General Major General Patrick A. Murphy announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
Michael Morton from Panama, N.Y., serving with the Troop B 2-101 Cavalry — reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition — is promoted to the rank of Private 1st Class.
