WESTFIELD — Michael A. Miga, Jr., 39, of NE Fremont St. in Portland, Ore., and Edgar L. Kelley, 38, of Trinity Circle in Rynoldsburg, Ohio were charged with open container of alcohol on Sunday, Nov. 20.
According to the police, at around 1:15 a.m., officers allegedly observed two males walking on South Portage Street in the Village of Westfield possessing and consuming alcohol. Miga and Kelley were issued appearance tickets and are due in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
