As your new Chautauqua County District 22 Legislator, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who voted in this year’s election. I was gratified to see that such a large number of citizens used their voice in government by exercising their “right to vote.”
I appreciate the endorsement of the Republican Party, the Conservative Party and the Independence Party. I am grateful for the support of the Chautauqua County Republican Committee, the Westfield Republican Committee and all those who contributed to the success of my campaign. Thank you for having confidence in me. It was my pleasure to work with you and I hope to continue working with you in the future.
I thank Doug Richmond for his years of service to our community, and as I’ve said before, I know I have big shoes to fill. I look forward to representing the people of Westfield and Ripley in the County Legislature. These are difficult times and we will have to make some hard decisions in the days to come. I plan to be accessible and ready to listen. Please feel free to contact me with your questions, concerns, ideas and suggestions.
With your help and input I am confident that we will move forward to make Chautauqua County an even better place in which to live and work.
