The Section 6 football playoff schedule was finalized on Sunday with the announcement of the Class DD pairings and also the pairings for the Chuck Funke Memorial Classic Games.
In the Section 6 Class DD playoffs, No. 1 seed Chautauqua Lake (7-0) will play host to fourth-seeded Ellicottville (4-3) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday in a semifinal game. On Saturday at 1:30 p.m., third-seeded Clymer (4-3) plays at second-seeded Panama (5-2) in the other semifinal.
The winners will meet for the Class DD title at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Nov. 3 at 3:30 p.m.
In the Chuck Funke Memorial Classic Games involving area teams, the Class DD semifinals find Pine Valley at Sherman on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
The Class DD title game will be Oct. 27 at 5 p.m. at Southwestern.
