CLYMER — A man was taken into custody and an underage girl found after a missing persons report was filed Wednesday.

Troopers received a complaint of a missing 16-year-old female Wednesday. The juvenile was believed to be with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Jacob Richard, of Clymer, as the last time she ran away was with him, skipping three days of school.

Richard and the girl were found together, by troopers on Thursday, Sept. 22. Richard was taken into custody for endangering the welfare of a child, taken to the Jamestown barracks and processed. He was arraigned in Clymer Town Court where he was released on his own recognizance, but served an order of protection prohibiting any communication with the underage female.
