WESTFIELD — Sean T. Curtin, 25, of Newark, Del., was charged with speed in zone, unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator on Friday, Sept. 16
According to police, Curtin was stopped for an alleged traffic infraction around 12:30 a.m. During the stop, it was allegedly found that Curtin was in violation of multiple infractions. He was issued traffic tickets for the above charges and is due back in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
WESTFIELD — Nicholas P. Caruso, 22, of Route 430 in Bemus Point was charged with fail to signal and unlawful possession of marijuana on Friday, Sept. 16.
According to police, Caruso was stopped for an alleged traffic infraction around 11 p.m. During the stop, Caruso allegedly possessed a small quantity of marijuana. Caruso is due in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
