FREDONIA — Shane Hemmer, the son of Martin and Renae Hemmer of Westfield, was named to the Dean’s list at SUNY Fredonia for the spring semester 2011. Hemmer is a 2008 graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy.
