Local students make various Dean’s Lists

Students named to the spring 2011 part-time student Dean’s List at Jamestown Community College earned at least a 3.50 average, equal to a B plus or better, in six to 11 credit hours of letter-graded work. Named to the dean’s list are:

BINGHAMTON — Daniel J. Auflick of Ashville and Christian Thomas Martin of Panama are on the Dean’s List for their outstanding academic achievement for the Spring 2011 semester from Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University, State University of New York.

The criteria for the Dean’s Honors list is a minimum grade point average of 3.5.

FREDONIA — Shane Hemmer, the son of Martin and Renae Hemmer of Westfield, was named to the Dean’s list at SUNY Fredonia for the spring semester 2011. Hemmer is a 2008 graduate of Westfield Academy and Central School. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy.
