Winifred “Ted” and Charles Carris celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with family and friends at an open house at Meeder’s Restaurant in Ripley on April 9. The party was given by their children: Jeff Carris; Jim and Wanda Carmany; and Carter and Lynn Stetson. The couple were married February 2, 1951 in Tampa, Fla.
