Minton, Etter Exchange Vows

Ashley Davis Minton and Andrew Otto Etter were united in marriage on August 29, 2009. The Reverend Dr. Jeff Paschal performed the double ring ceremony at the First Presbyterian Church of Wooster, Ohio. A reception of dinner and dancing followed under the tented patio at the Wooster Inn.


Ashley is the daughter of Jane and Jim Minton of Westfield. She is the granddaughter of J. Hiller Minton of Barcelona. Andrew is the son of Rose and Ron Etter of Ashley, Ohio.


Lindsey Headman was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Etter and Leslie Williams, sisters of the groom, Christine Moxley and Hannah Bierlein. The bride’s sister, Kimberly Whitford, read from 1 Corinthians. Kirsten Whitford was the junior bridesmaid. Serving as the best man was Mike Gatti. Groomsmen were Jeff Stevens, Joe Agler, Kyle Witucky and John Gibson.


The couple graduated from the College of Wooster in 2006. Ashley is a graduate student in The Ohio State University Doctor of Audiology Program. Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in May 2009 and is practicing law in Columbus, Ohio. The couple honeymooned in Hilton Head, South Carolina and reside in the German Village section of Columbus with their English bulldog Gordita.
