Westfield Police Department
On July 9th at about 7:10 p.m., Dunkirk Police arrested Victor C. Robles, 26, of Main Street in Dunkirk on a warrant signed by Judge LaPorte. The warrant was for failure to appear for a charge of false impersonation. Robes was turned over to the Westfield Police Department where he was arraigned in front of Judge LaPorte and committed to Chautauqua County Jail on $350/$750 bail.

Cindy R. Farina, 47, of Lockport, was arrested on July 5th on Marvin Road in the Town of French Creek and charged with harassment in the second degree.
A report was filed by her boyfriend’s mother alleging that during an argument on July 5th at a cottage on Marvin Road, she spit in her face.
Farina is scheduled to appear in the Town of French Creek court at a later date.
Christina L. Natcher, 37, of Sandy Lane, Ripley, was arrested on July 9th on Park Street, Ripley, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Natcher was in the Town of Ripley Court to reappear for a dog nuisance ticket she received from Animal Control. During her second appearance, Natchers’ attitude began to escalate over the nuisance ticket. Natcher stormed out of the courtroom into the parking lot where she became angry and used obscene language. A Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputy advised Natcher that she was under arrest for disorderly conduct due to her obscene language in a public place.
Natcher started resisting arrest after she was advised she was under arrest for the disorderly conduct charge. Natcher started to fight with the Deputy by attempting to prevent the Deputy from affecting the arrest. She was arraigned in Town of Ripley court and released on her own recognizance and will appear at a later date.
Alison A. Molnar, 17, of Fort Myers, Fla., was arrested on July 3rd on Wait Corners Road in Sherman and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
During a traffic stop, Molnar was found in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket.
Concetta Brooker, 34, of Westfield, was arrested on July 4th on Route 5 in the Town of Pomfret and charged with failure to keep right, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, DWI and having a BAC of .08 percent or more.
Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an incident of a vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle had fled the scene prior to police arrival. The vehicle was west on Route 5 when it crossed over the roadway and went into a ditch. The vehicle then struck a driveway causing damage to the driveway. The driver, Brooker, was located a short distance from the scene and after an investigation, she was found to be intoxicated. She will appear in Town of Pomfret Court at a later date.
Steven W. Mikolajewski, 23, of Erie, Pa., was arrested on July 5th on Bailey Hill Road, Sherman and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle on Bailey Hill Road in the Town of Sherman which appeared to avoid a checkpoint, which was being posted by Sheriff’s Deputies and the New York State Police.
During the investigation, it was found that Mikolajewski, was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
He will be in court at a later date.
